The 18th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is an annual event happened between February 21-24, 2013 at the Omni Aviation Complex in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
The National Anthem was used to open the event where a skydiver, Pilot Meynard Halili released the Philippine flag in the air.
Para-gliders breeze the air...
....while waiting for the balloons to be filled up with air.
Kites didn't escape the sky.
And airshow by jets and airplaine.
